Everything went very smoothly, the people were awesome and very friendly. We've encountered some creepy salesmen in the past, and these were nothing like that. Richard was proactive in keeping in contact with us in a search for our highly demanded car. Once our desired car was located, he was quick in getting our trade assessed and finishing the deal. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were buying. He followed up with us after the purchase to ensure our satisfaction. We would be happy to work with him again in the future. Our only concern during the entire buying process was with the finance portion of the sale. Initially the finance rate quoted was significantly higher than what Hyundai advertised, despite our near perfect credit rating. However, when we questioned why we were not offered the advertised rate, it was then provided to us. More

John went out of his way to deliver my car. He sat with me for about 2 hours making sure Iunderstood the vehicle. He also reset my mirror so that it opened the garage.
