I am 65 years young! Purchasing a new auto has not been a favorite task of mine during my lifetime. The quality that I have found most lacking in previous auto purchase experiences has been the personal inte favorite task of mine during my lifetime. I think that I may have found that personal integrity is not a lost trait when I met and worked with Universal Hyundai salesman John Booth. He demonstrated throughout the sales process that a salesperson with integrity can exist in the retail auto industry. I was also impressed with Jose Rivera - the dealership Finance and Insurance Manager with whom I met. Although I brought my own financing to the transaction - I asked for and he provided me with comparative leasing rates. In the end I decided to proceed with my own financing. I was sold a used car with a headlight that didnt work. When I discovered the headlight didnt work, the sales man, Mr. Ahmed claimed he was out of town for a week and told me to come in on the following su When I discovered the headlight didnt work, the sales man, Mr. Ahmed claimed he was out of town for a week and told me to come in on the following sunday to get it fixed. The Friday before Sunday I was ticketed $114 by a police officer for a broken headlight. When Mr. Ahmed was called to rectify the situation which was clearly his fault he said he could nothing until the following work week. This is the worst experiance with a car dealer I have ever had.
