Jinny Min took care of the sales and she was very kind and helpful and got me the best deal I had very good experience when I visited the dealership. Overall the experience was fantastic and I would recommend others to go Universal Hyundai( if you are looking to buy a Hyundai). I have been a resident of Florida for many years and I have always been very skeptical to visit the dealerships as I had numerous challenges with the sales consultants as they have “pushy sales tactics”, not knowledgeable on sales, and with no experience to help you get the best deal with the vehicle you desire. Not this time. The process was smooth and Carlos was patient and helpful during the entire process, but he assisted me tremendously in getting the right car with a great deal. Great experience, fast, helpful, great price, amazing sales! Carlos was excellent. Knew exactly how to handle everything, didn't bother with items I did not need, took care of the blue link, even set up phone, Carlos was excellent.
