My experience... Delightful I was very surprised how Hector Colon at the universal Hyundai dealer. He was very patient, charming and sooo funny. He go us the deal we were looking for with that exact car we were looking for.I traveled from Davenport FL to find a car for my mother and honestly can say because I was working for a budget Alot of dealerships didn't want to work with us... They were rude, unfriendly practically didn't even show us car but at Hyundai Hector Colon took the time to show us everything we wanted to see and got us an amazing deal plus we didn't even wait 30 min for the numbers maybe 10 to 15 min. I can honestly say that he has been the best salesman I've ever worked with and truly did earn me as the customer besides helping my mom. I'll be coming back for a car for myself. More
