Universal Hyundai had a choice of vehicles for us, and had the particular car we wanted. Universal made it easy to strike a deal from a distance. In contrast, dealers in our hometown area (Jacksonville) were difficult to deal with, clearly didn’t want to do business over the phone and had limited inventory.
