Experience at Orlando Hyundai My husband and daughter negotiated with the dealership for our 2017 Santa Fe. We had quite a few requirements for leasing a new Hyundai and they were My husband and daughter negotiated with the dealership for our 2017 Santa Fe. We had quite a few requirements for leasing a new Hyundai and they were able to check off all of our requests. The salesperson, Nikki, actually went to another dealer to pick up the color we wanted and delivered it to our home the next day. I am in treatment for cancer and was in the middle of chemo treatment and unable to go to the dealer. It was very helpful for her to bring the car to us and show me all of the features and how to use them. She was compassionate and knowledgable of the Santa Fe. More

The Desk manager Matos made the process flawless due to a time crunch I had he made it very smooth and painless. The whole process was just overall amazing and top notch. I didn't feel like a customer I felt like family. Definetly a happy camper and my 2016 Genesis ROCKS I'm so in love with this vehicle and cannot wait to purchase another. The finance process with Sean was easy breezy he answered every question for me because this was my first leased vehicle and he didn't pressure me to buy any crazy products in the end.
