They need to be more accessible and answer their phones and/or returning calls instead of directing everything to voicemail. I understand that they're giving the necessary attention to clients that are present closing sales at the dealership, however, they also need to take care of the clients that have already closed the deals. With the exception of Mr Felix Matos, who was the only FM that took the time to return my call as soon as he was available, nobody else from the FM dept had the courtesy to attend my questions until I went to the dealership in person. With that said, Hector Pell, Hector Riquel and Felix Matos were fantastic and made the purchasing process very pleasant. I'm very grateful for their professionalism. More
