Hyundai Sonata 2016 The Finance Management Department can improve in one aspect. They need to be more accessible and answer their phones and/or returning calls instead of directing everything to voicemail. I understand that they're giving the necessary attention to clients that are present closing sales at the dealership, however, they also need to take care of the clients that have already closed the deals. With the exception of Mr Felix Matos, who was the only FM that took the time to return my call as soon as he was available, nobody else from the FM dept had the courtesy to attend my questions until I went to the dealership in person. With that said, Hector Pell, Hector Riquel and Felix Matos were fantastic and made the purchasing process very pleasant. I'm very grateful for their professionalism. More

The dealership is outstanding, the sales department goes the extra mile and I have been using the service dept for over 12 years and have never had a problem. Never try to force me to purchase anything. Always get me the max discounts and then offer great financing options. Overall Just good honest service. Safety, honesty, integrity, reliability are just some of the measures I use and Universal Hyundai meets or exceeds the standard in my opinion. The service dept. is second to none. Great team More

The greeter step me up with John Booth we sat down and went over the type of car I was looking for the year new used budget, and even if I had a color preference. John listened to my needs and was able to find me a car that fit those needs. He made me feel comfortable, confident and at ease doing this process. I ended up buy a 2016 Hyundai Accent and I couldn't be more in love with my car than I am. I'm truly thankful John was able to help me that day. More
