Amazing Sales Experience - Thanks Dennis Souffront AMAZING experience thanks to our sales representative, DENNIS SOUFFRONT. My wife and I recently bought a Certified Pre-Owned 550 from United Rosw AMAZING experience thanks to our sales representative, DENNIS SOUFFRONT. My wife and I recently bought a Certified Pre-Owned 550 from United Roswell. From the second we walked in Dennis was a class act. He addressed my wife first (as a gentleman should) which made her feel apart of the process. This was not the norm during previous "just browsing" trips to the same location. Dennis is lightning fast in his communication via text and phone which came in handy several times as another buyer was interested in the car. His attention to detail is second to none and really sets him apart from other sales professionals. You can tell Dennis is well liked through the many sincere connections he has on the shop floor all the way through finance. He saw the transaction through to completion and willingly remains my point of contact "should I need anything" (to use his words exactly). Let me be honest...I DO NOT believe every experience at this dealership will be the same as mine. I purchased my X3 in September 2014 and needed a simple interior trim piece replaced. Not only did they get the wrong part in twice but my advisor Kip Stovall told me that he checked to be sure it was correct before I made the 104 mile round trip. He never checked, I wasted two trips and he never called me back again. It's almost as if he was mad at me......? I called Global and they were able to get the correct part in within four days.... I'm sticking with Global and avoiding Roswell like the plague. More

I reached back out to my salesman, Michael Kim, and he told me he had an amazing deal for me. When I came in to see him, I brought the car from fields BMW in Orlando, and he notified me that I was in a horrible deal. He showed me 2014 550 with the M Sport package that was absolutely amazing. I did not think I was going to drive home in it, but after he worked out some amazing financing, and extras, that dream came true. it was a long day due to the financing aspects of it, but in the end, it was all worth it. I don't plan on meeting another BMW soon, but I have told any old BMW owner that they need to come and see Michael Kim in Roswell because he will make sure that you drive away happy. More

I shopped around town for this car for over a month, and no one knew as much about the i3 as Dimitri, and no one was able to guide me through the subtleties of such an incredible car as the i3.
