What Others Say

Service Department: It's not often that I write negative reviews, I like to uplift business for others. However, this one deserves a callout. To start, I wanted to point out that they have billed my warranty company over $40K, which is more than the car's worth... I do want to say that their service advisors are great. I bought an M6 with a service contract warranty from another place. The dealership close to me would not deal directly with warranty companies so I decided to go to United for my first claim. They billed warranty over $11,000. Everything went well so I booked another appointment for a rough idle and a few other things. This is when they started throwing parts at it over the next couple months without giving me a loaner car and billed my warranty company over $20K. To make matters worse, there was trash in my back seat as it looked like someone took it for a personal joy ride to lunch... it also had an empty tank that I filled up on my way dropping it off, so I contacted the service manager and he assured me that he would tell his staff to do better. Then, I discovered a problem after I got home that did not exist before I took it in. I cleared codes and reset adaptations a couple times, but that did not solve the issue so I took it back in for a third time. Now they actually ran some diagnostics and found that the high pressure fuel pumps were leaking, which was probably the initial problem to begin with. $9,300 later they fixed it, along with a faulty blind spot sensor, and I went to pick up my car. Stopped to get gas on the way home and someone had snapped the tether that holds the gas cap to the car. AGAIN, the back was dirty with crumbled chips on the floor... AND someone turned down the bass on my stereo. When I put it back to where it was, it became apparent why: the passenger side subwoofer was blown. And get this, the car They said that they would fix the problem if I took the car back to them, but there is no way that I will let them touch my car again. I get it, an M6 is fun to drive, but I trusted this shop. So I told them that they could send me the parts (gas cap + subwoofer) and I will install them myself... they said that the subwoofer was too expensive to send without someone at the shop looking at the one that I sent a video of. They tried to blame it on some debris sitting on the sub, when the video shows nothing on top of it. So to say that a subwoofer is too expensive to send me after all of the money they have made fooling around with my car, sending it home with new problems the past two times, seems more than unreasonable at this point. Also wanted to mention that my dash cam was either unplugged or memory deleted after each visit. * Don't believe their responses to these reviews, it's just for show. I was told that their "investigation" concluded that none of my claims are true... denied everything. My subwoofer would have been part of the original claim if it was blown before I took the car in. Funny thing is, they offered to file another claim for the subwoofer the was damaged while the car was in their hands.

I have purchased, owned and had serviced other luxury brands from various Roswell dealers. United BMW sales and service was comfortable, professional and supportive throughout the trade in, selection, purchase and delivery. This my first BMW and definitely not my last after this positive experience. Thanks to Mr Smith and the team at United BMW Roswell. Yes, the new vehicle is awesome, too!

This our first time buying a BMW. My wife and I were greeted not bumprushed by the best sales representative. His name is Darrel Gray. The experience was outstanding. He made sure they we knew all we needed to know about the car and the deal on the car that we selected. When we reach finance Gavin offered us great options for monthly payment and warranty. I felt very comfortable leaving with our payment and coverage. Highly recommend UNITED BMW to anyone for a great car buying experience. Thanks and god bless
