I got service for Check engine light and got it fixed under warranty. . Needed Oil change for my Diesel x5. Matched competitor price but refused to match for Brake fluid flush. When i picked up car and under warranty. . Needed Oil change for my Diesel x5. Matched competitor price but refused to match for Brake fluid flush. When i picked up car and late checked vehicle status - i saw oil level still shoeing before service (not reset?) And brake fluid good and reset date. Very confusing. No idea why this error or changes made in reset dates incorrectly. My invoice shows Diesel car oil change. More

Loyd was service rep and he was both courteous and through from the get go. My car was completed and returned sooner than promised. When I asked about a certain issue he expressed concern and suggeste through from the get go. My car was completed and returned sooner than promised. When I asked about a certain issue he expressed concern and suggested that on my next service that I should leave it for a day in order to investigate a possible cause. We had an overall terrible experience buying this car. My family has bought multiple cars from the dealership and I felt that my bf and I were treated differently from the very beginning because we were buyi family has bought multiple cars from the dealership and I felt that my bf and I were treated differently from the very beginning because we were buying an entry level BMW. I was wiling to excuse the fact that the car didn’t make it a day without needing to go in the shop and wasn’t ready to begin with. But then, I got it back from the shop and had the same problem the next day. It seems that they just re set the computer instead of actually fixing the problem the first time. What a waste of everyone’s time. To make matters worse our temp tag was about to expire so we went ahead and called to see where it was. Sure enough, they had not even started the process and the car needed emissions. The car should’ve never been sold without emissions. We had to bring the car to them so they could get the emissions and they wanted US to go get the tag and waste our time for their mistake. We told them no, we work full time and don’t have time. They continued to blame COVID for 2 weeks and said they would have to get an appointment and sent us a loaner agreement for our car. I said they needed to get an appointment because we wouldn’t be bothered with that. But 2 weeks later they hadn’t made one so now we have spent 2 hours at the tag office on a Saturday morning the only day we can go. Mark has been rude and not understanding and management has yet to contact us. That’s okay because we have had it and will contact the BBB and BMW of North America to file a formal complaint More
