I have been mistreated by other BMW dealerships in the area to the point that I would never return to them now. One of them broke my windshield during a recall service after I declined to sell my car to t area to the point that I would never return to them now. One of them broke my windshield during a recall service after I declined to sell my car to them. Thank God I saw it before I left the lot. I had to have words with the manager to make them fix it. Another one inflated charges on the quote of the replacement of windshield wipers to 200.00, after I spent 2500+ on maintenance repairs. And they claimed to have detailed it for free, but after I grabbed my keys out of frustration ( I waited 30+ minutes for my car after I paid) it was filthy and I had to spend 100 to get it detailed. I said all of that to say this: I have been to most of the BMW dealerships in my local area and this one was the most professional, well kept and honest one I have ever dealt with. If BMW offered military discounts I would be over the moon. Nevertheless, my excellent service manager, Eric Young was the best. He offered at least ten percent off while we investigated whether my warranty would cover an extra service my car needed. He even re-checked with them at my request to see if the work was approved after an initial decline due to a wrong assessment of covered parts. I couldn't be happier with United BMW and would recommend them to BMW lovers of the Atlanta Metro area. More

Hello, took my car(2017 330I GT w/ 27K miles) in for routine service only upon pickup to discover the check engine light was on although it wasn't when I dropped it off. The advisor at the dealership had a very convenient response, "it's just a coincidence that the light is on after service." After diagnosis of the car the next explanation was even better, "that's a common problem on these cars, I have the part in stock and can repair today!" Needless to say after having to leave work early 3 separate times and right at a 1,000 dollars I finally have my car back without a check engine light(so far) for what was only a routine service. Please be careful about choosing United BMW as a service location, although this is the closest BMW dealership to my home not the one the manufacture recommend I go to. Now that I think about it, maybe that's why they have so many loaners at this site. Will NOT return and just want to do my part and share this experience in hopes to help someone else avoid what is a lack of accountability for your vehicle while in care of this service team. More
