Michael Drew, Michael Drew he made me so happy. Originally, I went to a different dealership. While I was working the deal on the vehicle I wanted, someone else had already closed the deal. I went on the prowl and called United BMW to see if they had the X3 I wanted. I called the main line and spoke to a gentleman. I guess he didn’t hear what I wanted but anyways he said they didn’t have the car but they had another one way out of my price line. I said no thank you and that was that. My gut feeling was to call back a second time because the first guy I spoke to wasn’t very accommodating and I felt more could have been done. That’s when I called back and got Michael. He said they didn’t have that vehicle but a truck was coming in and that the vehicle I wanted was on the truck. He went the extra mile to research the vehicle I wanted and worked the deal seemingly end to finish. I am very happy happy and happy to say the least. I will be back when I’m in the market to purchase again from Michael. More

My sales agent, Michael Drew (United Roswell), was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire purchase of my 2020 M340i. He was very communicative and transparent from setting up test drive, to pulli friendly and helpful throughout the entire purchase of my 2020 M340i. He was very communicative and transparent from setting up test drive, to pulling the vehicle up front before I arrived, to answering any and every question or hesitation I had. Michael has even since followed up on my purchase, kept in touch, and is already helping me get a new key fob battery and new tire (found a nail in one). He is on top of it all - highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a BMW in the area!! More

This visit was the second time I have had my BMW serviced at this location. This visit is what you would expect from a BMW dealership. Very knowledgeable and informative on everything. I had several question at this location. This visit is what you would expect from a BMW dealership. Very knowledgeable and informative on everything. I had several questions about some services that was recommended for my car and some for things I wanted checked. Rian had the answers for me and when they did not have the correct pads they went to another location and finished the job in a pretty good time considering running into that problem. Rian did come out and immediately offer me a loaner car to do as I wanted but I opted to wait. More

Horrible customer service. Won’t hold a car for you even with approval from your credit union. Try to force you into their finance office and bully you into buying their after market stuff like paint protec with approval from your credit union. Will NEVER go back to this dealership or recommend this dealership to anyone I know which I know a lot of people. It’s a sleezy place. More
