I called to schedule an appointment for my 650 conv and the person on the phone asked me what specifically I wanted done to the car. I gave her detailed instructions what the car was coming in for. She tod me to fro the car off the night before so they can get it in the shop early the next morning. Around 4:00 I called to see when my car would be ready. A service advisor named Bree said “ I called you at 8:45 this morning and left you a message that “I wouldn’t be putting the car in the shop until I spoke to you about what it needs”. She never called me during the day or texted me or emailed me to see if I even received her voicemail. When i told her this type of customer service is not acceptable…. She said “ I’ve been very busy today and I don’t need this” and then hung up on me. Wow!! I couldn’t believe this just happened!!! This is the 4th BMW I’ve purchased from United BMW. I called the GM and he had the Service Manger call me back. I guess there are a few people in the industry that should consider a different line of work. My service bill was $5400. But the car is running fine again. Hope you have better customer service when you call. More

Nick King provided the very best customer service. He brought to my attention that my vehicle was not in the system as under warranty but should be and then he went above and beyond my expectation and go brought to my attention that my vehicle was not in the system as under warranty but should be and then he went above and beyond my expectation and got the whole problem resolved. The mechanics did a great job of servicing my vehicle and retuned it to me in tip top condition - washed and vacuumed. I am so impressed. More
