Built car, put down deposit, signed proposal, and waited for a month. Car was finally at dealership and I called Matas to say that I don't want my car used for test drives, and was assured twice that my car for a month. Car was finally at dealership and I called Matas to say that I don't want my car used for test drives, and was assured twice that my car "will be put at the back of the parking lot with a sold label". Called Matas the day before pick up to go over expected payment procedure. Second day I arrived at the dealership and was told Matas left key in the car and there was no Sold sign, so the car was sold to someone else by another agent. Surprised how this happened, even if there was no Sold sign I'd expect some status saying "sold" within their inventory system. Very callous in my opinion. Need to wait for 2.5 months more to get a new car built. Matas wasn't there that day and I expressed to both sales manager and general manager that I would like a call from Matas when he is back at work and was assured by both managers. Matas didn't call nor email. Dealer offered discount on the new build but didn't offer loaner car, I also didn't ask for one. From reviews it seems the dealership is a good one, but very disappointed this rare case scenario happened on me. Will see what happens upon delivery of new car. Hope they will offer some nice gestures without me having to ask. More

Almost immediately after purchasing a new X5 eight months ago, trouble appeared with the driv Edit/Update I give United BMW a rating of very poor. Almost immediately after purchasing a new X5 eight months ago, trouble appeared with the driver assist not working. Completely shut down everything on the screen. You can't even turn on the radio. We've driven it back to their service department 4 times for attempted repair of the same issue. We have been more than patient, even allowing the service manager, Bryan White, to drive it home with him overnight. We have met the requirements many times over to enact the lemon law through the manufacturer. The sales manager Dimitri Gossieaux told us that if we brought it back once more for repair, and they couldn't fix it, he would do the right thing and replace the car or give us our money back.. That was two months ago. United BMW still has our car. No explanation from Dimitri or anyone else there. Very disappointing experience with this dealership. More
Flew out and purchased on the 17th. Got an unnecessary aftermarket paint protection package that I told the finance person, D. In Michael Drew's "defense," he did show me the poor tires but said they 'just needed rotating.' No, I needed new tires. But he did come pick me up from the airport, so I guess that counts for something. Overall, I'll never shop them again and I urge any first time, passive buyers to take someone with them that's going to advocate for them. I wonder if this consitutues a small claim suit... Late review because I was too upset to civilly verbalize my disappointment and disdain for their underhanded practices. More
