Conrad, our salesman, was very polite and personable and knowledgeable. The car we wanted had been advertised on the internet and we had called ahead about the car. We test drove it, came to agreement on price, finance manager efficiently completed the transaction and we owned the car. Conrad spent time to help us get the electronics part set up and teach us some of the more important things we needed and then we were out. We were out in 2 to 3 hours. Without a doubt Conrad is the best salesman we have ever worked with going all the way back to 1970 when we bought our first car. He is now our favorite salesman hands down! More
World class service from first contact and on through the purchase proces.I live in Knoxville, TN, and could not find the X3 that I wanted here, and even if I would have, I would not have purchased at Grayso purchase proces.I live in Knoxville, TN, and could not find the X3 that I wanted here, and even if I would have, I would not have purchased at Grayson BMW, because the have decided to put a $2000 markup on all their new cars because evidently they think their limited inventory is the customers fault and want to gouge their neighbors that want to buy local. Okay enough of that…back to the amazing customer service I received at United…It started right from the get go with our salesman Donovan. Donovan went above and beyond, he listed to what I wanted to accomplish and delivered. He found me the perfect X3 and texted me pictures and videos of the vehicle and once I gave the thumbs up he went to work and got with his manager Kahlil who called me directly and asked what I was trying to accomplish financially, and he worked the numbers where the deal made sense to us both, and within minutes he was emailing me a proposal. I gave my $1000 deposit so they would hold the vehicle since I would be able to make the 3 hour drive down to pick up my new BMW until the next day. Day of the delivery Donovan greeted myself and my wife at the front door, and considered our 3 hour drive and walked us to the lounge and offered us refreshments and pointed out the nearest restroom. Donovan then took us to our new vehicle and gave us a walk around, and to see if we wanted to drive it before we sign the paperwork, since we have already driven several we chose to get the paperwork signed and get back on the road to Knoxville. Kahlil came out and thanked me for my service as Veteran, and thanked me for my business. Donovan walked us back to finance, and yet another exceptional experience where Mitch greeted us, and asked all the right questions on how we plan to use the X3, how long do we plan to keep it, etc…, and provided us with solutions to keep our ownership experience with our vehicle positive for the life of our ownership. Once we were done signing all the documents, Donovan introduced us to Alfredo the “BMW Genius” that did a perfect job explaining all the features of the vehicle, and set upbour key fobs, and loaded “My BMW” app on our phones and set everything up. I apologize about the novel that I have written, but I couldn’t describe the level of excellence that was provided to my wife and I in a few words. My hat goes off to the entire United BMW team from the folks that prep the vehicles for delivery, all the way to the BMW Genius that does the delivery and walks you through all the features of your car.
