If it weren't for him, I would have bought at a different dealer I think. I was a little dismayed at the financing option and that the approval letter from my bank wasn't good enough - wanted the check in hand. This meant me obtaining BMW finance at a percentage point higher or wait a couple of days on getting the car. However, the car was just what I wanted. It could have been a little cleaner at delivery, but c'est la vie; I had the car within 3 hours of learning it had come in. The dealership itself is large and has a good variety of vehicles to look at. Friendly people. Finance guy was a little less personable and very matter-of fact. I never felt very valued in that interaction, but he did what he needed to do. The most tedious part of buying a car is waiting for the finance guys. Always seems to be the same in every dealer (I bought 3 cars in the past year). This makes me want to buy online and the dealers really ought to sort that out. Overall, I am happy. Good dealership, good car, good sales experience. More
