I do not wish to waste my time detailing the entire ordeal, but in summary, this should provide insight into how unethical, dishonorable, dishonest, and fraudulent these individuals are, particularly t ordeal, but in summary, this should provide insight into how unethical, dishonorable, dishonest, and fraudulent these individuals are, particularly the sleazy and indolent service manager crew. I have spent $11,000 over the past six months, bringing my car to their shop four times, yet I am still left with unresolved issues. I acknowledge that my M550i, with its 96,000 miles, is prone to problems, but returning it to them three to four times in six months, including twice in the past month, was a grave mistake and a dreadful experience. I am indifferent to whether my car gets fixed, but the manner in which they handled the situation is appalling. They were only concerned with extracting more money from me, and when I refused to spend more, they returned my car in a worse condition than before. Immediately after leaving the service center, the car, which had been exposed to overheating, began warning me of an overheating engine. Worst of all, they didn’t even perform a basic wash on the car, leaving it dusty and in a state of disarray. I feel awful for trusting such a service and the people there. I will never return and strongly advise against using their services. I hope this helps others save money. I would rather rely on a local mechanic shop than these suit-and-tie charlatans. I wouldn't mind spending a few extra bucks to support local businesses that are likely more hardworking and ethical. More
