Wheeled out of United BMW within 24 hours of choosing a new auto. Getting to the “walk out the door” number was a wee hassle and agreed to finance for 3 months for the price. The worst follow up and follow through I've ever experienced purchasing a car. The sales team did a great job and my wife and I were extremely happy with our purchase. However, I still have not re experienced purchasing a car. The sales team did a great job and my wife and I were extremely happy with our purchase. However, I still have not received my tag. I went to the tag office last Tuesday and was informed that it had not been proceed to the state as of that day. Checked today and still the paperwork hasn't been submitted. I had to get another temp tag so that I can drive. The troubling part to this entire fiasco is that I've called 4 times and NO ONE HAS EVER FOLLOWED UP WITH ME TO EXPLAIN THE ISSUE! REALLY! I've bought 4 cars from the two United BMW stores, but feel they have lost my business. More

**DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE! !** Recently moved to Atlanta area. Noticed oil on my concrete and took the car in for an oil leak found on the upper and lower oil pan. I have metic !** Recently moved to Atlanta area. Noticed oil on my concrete and took the car in for an oil leak found on the upper and lower oil pan. I have meticulously cared for my dream car the 6 years I’ve had it! Anyway I get my car back with a huge gouge in the fender nicks all over the front bumper and to top it off I had a complete power loss the very next night on 75 with my kids in the car. Think 80mph paper weight with 18 wheelers all around me. Call them to come pick it up- after 3 days of telling me nothing was wrong suddenly they start calling me to trade it. I’m like why are you wanting me to trade it?? I don’t even know what’s wrong with it. They claim I need a new motor- this power loss and bucking was from the motor. After going back and forth about it United offers to pay for half of the new motor. So we reluctantly tell them to pull the trigger on a new motor even though the problem was likely related to their service! Well we picked up my car yesterday and wouldn’t you know….the problem still exists!!!! Had the codes checked and they are saying an O2 sensor is likely the problem. So let’s recap United has almost 12,000 of my money and my car still won’t drive me to work!!! Shame on you BMW!!! Shot gunning parts because your people don’t know how to plug in a diagnostic machine! Oh AND you still didn’t fix my exterior issues your service depot did and let’s add in you ruined the leather in my drivers seat! It’s covered in oil and is now missing leather color! You destroyed my dream car! So people please don’t take your vehicle here! They’ll destroy your car too! Victor you know how to reach me but this time let’s get the owner involved too! I want answers! More
