Horrible experience! Made an appointment for recall work for 10am. They indicated all parts were in stock and I was assured my car would be completed in 2-3 hours. Call to check on it at 4pm but service advisor had left early so another advisor would call me back. No call at 5 so I call again and insist on talking to someone. After 10 minutes I am finally connected with an advisor who indicates my car isn't done but offers a loaner car. I get there and the loaner car requires my license, credit card and insurance. Offer my license but do not have insurance info handy and I am not providing a credit card. Turns out they had not even started on my car yet after having it all day! So I drove my own car home and will try a different dealership. More
