This dealership had me drive 3. 5 hours to see a used car they told me was in excellent condition. I asked several times and told them to send pictures of any issues. They sent me a 5 hours to see a used car they told me was in excellent condition. I asked several times and told them to send pictures of any issues. They sent me a single image of a small scratch on the bumper. After a very long drive down to Alpharetta, the car had two cracks in the windshield, half the molding torn out of the top, nicks and scratches all over, the seats were damaged and the door handles didn't work. They then tried to sell me another used car instead (bait and switch I guess). The manager even stated in a final F.U. to me that he would just sell the car at auction rather than help with major repairs. Had to drive another 3.5 hours back home. More

When they called me to say it was complete, they indicated one of the tires was low. I advised them it had a very slow leak and requested the fill the tire, to which they agreed. When I came in to pick up up they threw the keys at me and said it was parked to the side; apparently my older 3-series doesn't warrant them bringing the car around to me. I went over and the tire is still flat. I requested they fill it again and was told they didn't have the time. I ended up getting an air compressor and filling it myself in the rain. Fast forward to my recent purchase of a 2019 X5. Few days after I purchased the SUV, the check engine light comes on. I called to get an appointment and was told the soonest they can get me in is in 2 weeks. So I wait and bring it in on a Monday at 7:40am. Tuesday afternoon and no one has called to tell me what the issue is or what the timeline is. I call and leave 3 messages and finally get someone to tell me they haven't even looked at it yet. The fourth call was to the Service Manager, Patrick, whom also doesn't return my call. I finally got in my wife's car and drove down there to be told "its in the bay now and should be done tomorrow". Part of the reason I spend the money on these cars is for the service, which is extremely lacking at this location. Just because I am only driving a $55,000 car and not the $150,000 car does not mean I should be treated like this. I would advise driving the extra 10-100 miles to go ANYWHERE ELSE. More
