I recently contacted United BMW by chat about fixing a door handle. I left contact information and got no reply. Few days later reached back to text chat and they said they would be in touch. NOTHING. The door handle. I left contact information and got no reply. Few days later reached back to text chat and they said they would be in touch. NOTHING. Then few days later I called. Left info. ( it was closing so staff leaving). No call back.. So I called back and left message with someone to call me back about my need for a quote to change out a torn driver handle. And 4 days later nothing. I am also in their system as I have had service there before. But this is absolutely horrible customer service. I even bought one of my cars there too. Won't do that again! I have a 434i but will look into Mercedes for my next car. More
