Charles was great in finding the car I wanted, he took excellent care in helping me define the specs and the followed up regularly. When a car with the specs showed up unclaimed, he first contacted me an excellent care in helping me define the specs and the followed up regularly. When a car with the specs showed up unclaimed, he first contacted me and made sure i got the right of first refusal to take the car. I ended up taking the 4th but Charles never gave up!! The ONLY problem with United BMW is that their service SUCKS big time. I have complained about that even to BMW USA. More
Overall, I loved my car that I purchased on 11/19/2022. However, when everything was signed and I was picking up car, I was handed only one key and there was a missing weather mat. Feels like I bought the car from a secondary dealership. Never expected this from United BMW Roswell! I spent too much money. They now expect me to buy that additional key. I'm very disappointed and this has left a bad taste after what I thought was a good experience! More
By far the best experience I've every had purchasing a car - and that's saying something since I've purchased many a car during my 71 -plus years. Never used that tern when speaking of other past car purchasing endeavors - many of which ended up being very confrontational. All of this made for a very pleasant, informative, and enjoyable. experience. More
