Update: Dealer met commitment. Update: The dealership's GM has since been in touch to offer answers/solutions to the issues mentioned below. The GM also offered to meet me in the middle for tire replacement costs, committing to reimburse me for 2 out of 4 tires which I've accepted as a reasonable solution. Because of this commitment by the dealership to provide customer satisfaction, a better rating than the initial 1-star is in order which will be further updated to a 5-star rating once the commitment is met :-) Initial: They sold me a used (less then 4k miles) ev with an incorrect charging station which eventually got rectified. However numerous other issues discovered and reported back has received no response from the dealership/sales agent. It’s been crickets. Following issues have been discovered: 1) Crack on the windshield tint 2) Flat patches on all 4 tires making for a horrible driving experience. BMW confirmed the ev was sitting for a 6week period to rectify a recall which the dealership did not disclose And so I’m afraid more issues will be discovered as time goes on. So while the sales agent appeared to be a nice person I couldn’t give better than a poor review More
