This is the first review I've left on anything, ever, but I feel the need to share my experience. Test drove a 2018 M550i on Friday, 10/6, and worked a deal with a salesman over the weekend. Confirmed the car was still available on Monday, 10/9 at 9am, and locked in a deal. Told my sales guy that I'd be there today (10/9) at 12:30-1pm, and I showed up at 1:15 (in the middle of a busy workday) to find another couple test driving the car I was there to purchase. I was told because they were there just minutes before me that they had first right of refusal - per their policy. My wife and kids were on the way with the car we were trading-in, excited to ride home in our new car. The other couple ended up purchasing the vehicle. We're incredibly disappointed and feel like this is a huge integrity issue that should've never happened. I would caution against doing business with this dealer unless proven they can honor their word, in hopes they don't disappoint more families in the future. -Adam Paul More
