They were super nice on the front end obviously I think to get the sale done. They promised a certified preowned X6, which was an anniversary present for my wife. This was our first experience buying a BMW and really looking forward to it. Since getting the vehicle and bringing it back home, we’ve had nothing but problem after problem. We’ve taken it into a dealership here in Texas seven times since January. For a car thats supposed to be certified I’ve been very disappointed that this dealership would allow this car to leave the lot as a CPO. The rattling, the noises, the electronics….it’s unfortunate for our first experience. I don’t know the process for a car being CPO but I would not purchase from United if this is how they do business. Completely disappointed in BMW and United. More

I came to purchase my car, in my years of purchasing i've never come across anything like this. Feeling under appreciated and invaluable as a buyer due to poor service salesman after purchasing a car there w never come across anything like this. Had to call the service manager he did reach out. After the parts was done he gave us the part but I just feel like service was pretty poorly handled. No follow up and also had a huge disconnect between a saleman that sold us the vehicle! I would not come back to this place! After buying an expensive vehicle feeling so xxxx poor attitude from the salesman. More
