He assisted not only with diagnosing the problem with my vehicle and explaining all of my options, but he also found two recalls on my vehicle that needed to be addressed, and one of them was already causing me problems that I knew would need to be fixed. He found a way to get me in that very day for service, called a courtesy van to take me home until my car was diagnosed, and offered a return courtesy drive when it was finished. His exemplary service and kindness is not only going to prompt my return to this dealership in the future, but it will also mean that others will hear from me about where in town to go for good service and good people.
