On vacation and 1. 5 hour away from where we were staying with kids in the car. Thermostat malfunctioned and another dealership told us to make an appointment for anothe 5 hour away from where we were staying with kids in the car. Thermostat malfunctioned and another dealership told us to make an appointment for another day and expect to leave it for 3 days for diagnostic tests to run which was impossible. Immediately went into this location to either the manager or service manager and they were excellent at seeing we were in a bind and needed expedient service. We were in and out in 1.5 hour. Thank you sincerely for saving our vacation!! I believe it was Gerry (I’m sorry if I remembered wrong). Also, Aubra was great at trying to help us find GMC points to use to lower the cost and understood we needed help same day. Thank you all for help!! More

Service department is a rip off! Wanted to charge me $14,500 to replace engine in a 2019 Silverado with 93k miles. 2 other local dealers quoted me $10k or less. When I went to retrieve the truck, they held my truck hostage and required me to pay $1,100 for "tear down costs." Mind you, all they did was took the top of engine off and threw it in a box. Even after being extorted for $1,100, it is STILL cheaper for me to go somewhere else. THESE PEOPLE SUCK! More

Everything was good although I asked to lock the spare key inside the car explaining I had my keys. I was helping my mother for the day and explained I did not know how long it would take. The doors were locked and the key in the gas tank which defeats the purpose of locking the car doors. Someone could steal the car or still get in if they have access to the key. This is irresponsible and not what I asked of them. More
