Night and day difference between the 2 dealership experiences. The Service Advisor, Cauther, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring. The dealership provided an “Automobile Status Report” detailing “additional service recommendations” - but these were informational only — there was no hard sell to “scare” you into paying for all the recommendations. If we should, someday, purchase another VW, Tynan’s will have first shot at a deal. Hats off to Cauther Sekatawa for a great job (he’d probably be pretty good selling cars, too. More

It was explained at closing that all oil changes and all fluids were included. went in today for my first service and was told that it was only good for my 40K and 50K services. Tried to solve the problem but NO management onsite, The Finace guy who was there wanted me to wait three hours till his colleague came in, then got snarky with me. Paid the $90 and will not be purchasing from them again. Bait and switch ripoff artists.. More

Good work nice staff bad communication There was an error with your website that aloud me to schedule an appointment when it was to busy to be honored. It was scheduled at 9am and my car wa There was an error with your website that aloud me to schedule an appointment when it was to busy to be honored. It was scheduled at 9am and my car wasn’t even looked at until 4pm that same day. I wasn’t aware of this until it was to late to make other arrangements. The work was done in a day and a half, caused me to miss 2 days of work. If I was told up front the total time frame I would have gone elsewhere. The technician I worked with didn’t give me an estimate by the time he mentioned, I had to call twice before receiving a call back. I understand that being busy may be out of your control. It is not possible to make a good decision on an inconvenience like being without a car without all the information. I think the technician was doing the best he could based on the circumstances. I would hope that next time the total wait time would be communicated more clearly. More
