Proactive I went in because my car indicated that it is time for an oil change (eventhough it is not yet), I just bought it in December and only drove 4000 mile I went in because my car indicated that it is time for an oil change (eventhough it is not yet), I just bought it in December and only drove 4000 miles on it. VW should look into this. Anyways, back to my review.... Tom (knowledgable and awesome as always made me understand this was the case) Jeremy, took in the car and also informed me that a new recall just came in and he would like to get it done as well. That was awesome as it saved me an additional trip to the dealership. My car was done, I was shuttled home and back to pick it up. Everything was good.... Thank you for all you do! More

Anyway, their website and deals what the offer on side are different. The difference is as big as Mariana trench. I just wanted to try VW this time that is why I got my car here, but not gonna do any business with this place. Definitely will not recommend this place to anyone and will not lease or buy again here. Took 4 hrs to discuss why I do not want to pay 96% of car coast during lease. Really, what type of lease is that when you basically paying out a car? This place deserve 0 star. Btw, do not see names in list, but Mario was sales guy. More

Your service department is the best I bought tires at Firestone because I woke up to a flat and it was 5 minutes from home. But when the tire got a nail they couldn't help that day.
