We were in the market for a new car and honestly thought we wanted something different this go around. We visited Mile Hi Honda, Stevenson Toyota and Schomp Subaru. We came very close to purchasing a 2019 Prius, that is until we stopped at Tynans and met Mario. One of the first things Mario said to us is he and his dad would not own a vehicle unless it was a VW because VW's are a sure bet. We agreed!!! These comments of course were supported with his vast knowledge about VW's outstanding performance and reliability; Tiguan's, GTI's, Golf's, Jetta's, Beetles, etc.... His courteous and helpful manner put us at ease immediately and never once did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. Mario is the reason we now have our 2019 Golf!!! He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our decision before we purchased the Golf. We communicated that the only thing we were disappointed about was not having winter mats. He spoke to John (General Manager) to arrange that these mats be included. Sure enough when we picked up our vehicle today they were made available to us!!! Thanks to John as well!!
