30,000 miles Tom is always very nice and professional. The waiting area comfortable and the coffee is good. The complementary bottles of water are nice as well. However, I might suggest a recycle bin for all those single use plastic bottles. I bring my own water bottle so a water cooler would be nice. Purchase of New Vehicle When my wife and I went to Tynan's Volkswagen, we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted. Mario Gohar greeted us and proceeded to show us around and answer all our questions. He took us for a test drive which pretty well confirmed that what we wanted was in fact a 2019 Red Beetle convertible. Mario is a friendly individual who made us feel right at home discussing the purchasing process. Everything went smoothly and he turned us over to Tom who handled all our financing. I picked up our new car the following day and Mario was there to walk me through all the bells and whistles that are now included in new cars. He was a whiz at setting up the interface between the car and my smart phone. If someone is going to Tynan's Volkswagen, I recommend Mario Gohar. More

Came in last week because car was stalling periodically. After replacing the speed sensor, the car was running good, it was then that the air conditioning went out.
