Life saver I recently had an emergency late in the afternoon, stopped by assuming there would be no time to service my Tiguan. We bought a 2019 Tiguan R-line from Lirim, let me just say he is one great salesman and just a great guy to talk to especially when buying cars! From the time we walked in we felt welcomed and like we were in the right place to do some business! Lirim talked us through everything, gave us tons of options and really made the whole experience what it was! Top notch and nothing less from Tynans VW in Aurora! Service The only complaint I have is that I was told by several tire places that bubble in my tire was a manufacturer defect and to return to VW for replaceme The only complaint I have is that I was told by several tire places that bubble in my tire was a manufacturer defect and to return to VW for replacement due to the fact that I have ZERO rim damage so they were able to conclude that I had not hit a pothole causing the bubble in sidewall. Unfortunately, VW said, that I did hit a pothole therefore, I had to pay for the tire replacement. However, I truly feel they just chose not to stand behind the tires they put on their vehicles bc as every tire place I went to gave me the same conclusion... If you hit a pothole you would also have rim damage from that type of impact thats causes bubbles. I may return to them in the future for my service however, this will be the last time I purchase a vehicle from Tynan’s (this was my 2nd) More

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the service representative, Jeremy. Very friendly and accommodating. The dealership had a quiet area with WiFi that allowed me to work remotely. There was a delay with service due to prior appointments, but Jeremy was very transparent with the new timeline and communicated well. Offered a free car wash, but it was raining, so they gave me a rain check voucher. No issues. Professional service. More
