Car-Net Feature I took delivery of 2019 Tiguan SEL. At the time of delivery the Car-Net feature was not accessible. I dropped of the vehicle at the Dealer. When I I took delivery of 2019 Tiguan SEL. At the time of delivery the Car-Net feature was not accessible. I dropped of the vehicle at the Dealer. When I picked up the vehicle I was told that the Car-Net Service was inoperable w/all Tiguan's. VW was aware. after some research, the issue was the the Dealer did not load the VIN Number correctly. As a new VW Owner, I don’t believe that this is the right way to build a long term relationship. My 2015 VW Golf Se Recall I had called and scheduled an appointment, for a recall done on my VW, once i dropped off my golf it smooth sailing from there. There was a slight hicup on parts, I was reassured that the recall would completed the same day. Tyann went above and beyond, so when i pick up my golf not only was the work completed, they did a quick wash abd detail job at n/c. I was impressed. I Will return!! More
