They were able to get me a shuttle to take me home after dropping off the car!I was happy they didn't dismiss me and told me that I was crazy since the reason I came in was for the engine light and at that dropping off the car!I was happy they didn't dismiss me and told me that I was crazy since the reason I came in was for the engine light and at that time the light was not on. Communication was poor, phone calls were not returned, and I felt as though my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. Instead of being treated as a valued customer, I felt like an inconvenience. The staff lacked professionalism, provided inconsistent information, and showed little interest in resolving my concerns. What should have been a straightforward service appointment became a frustrating experience that required repeated follow-ups on my part. Customer service is just as important as technical expertise, and unfortunately this service department failed on both fronts. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and with very little confidence in their commitment to customer care. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership's service department to others. More
