They were able to get me a shuttle to take me home after dropping off the car!I was happy they didn't dismiss me and told me that I was crazy since the reason I came in was for the engine light and at that dropping off the car!I was happy they didn't dismiss me and told me that I was crazy since the reason I came in was for the engine light and at that time the light was not on. My experience with the service department was extremely disappointing. The issue wasn't just the repair itself—it was the way I was treated throughout the process. Communication was poor, phone calls were not returned, and I felt as though my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. Instead of being treated as a valued customer, I felt like an inconvenience. The staff lacked professionalism, provided inconsistent information, and showed little interest in resolving my concerns. What should have been a straightforward service appointment became a frustrating experience that required repeated follow-ups on my part. Customer service is just as important as technical expertise, and unfortunately this service department failed on both fronts. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and with very little confidence in their commitment to customer care. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership's service department to others. More
