Multiple experiences have been utter disasters. I have dealt with them twice, buying used cars. I was hoping having a friend as the salesperson the second time around would be better. First time t I have dealt with them twice, buying used cars. I was hoping having a friend as the salesperson the second time around would be better. First time they basically stole a multi CD changer out of the car, saying it was broken, then another salesperson told me someone in the dealership wanted it. Second time the transmission blew up the day after driving it off the lot. After a long fight, they covered the transmission which was under warranty, but paid $1500 in repairs to damage from the transmission blowing up. Had to go back recently for a recall repair on my maxima. They scheduled an appointment, and then didn't have the parts so made me reschedule. Then tried to scam me into over $1000 in maintenance and repairs. More

Blessing Was in need of a car, they were able to do a great job and get us into a car with very little credit. My daughter has been in and out of the hospital Was in need of a car, they were able to do a great job and get us into a car with very little credit. My daughter has been in and out of the hospital and sees a specialist 2 times a week. Having no car I was canceling appointments and depending on others to get us there. I’m so blessed and excited I can get my daughter to and from her appointments now. Thanks guys for making our lives a little easier through all the stress! The service was so friendly and they made sure we were leaving with car. I was able to get into a 2017 with 46,000 miles. With very little down payment and horrible credit!
