From the day I bought my 2014 Kia forte t I did not go to the Tynan dealership in Aurora but I did go to Tynan Kia on South College in Fort Collins. From the day I bought my 2014 Kia forte the service at Tynan Kia has been amazing. The prices are great the work is top shelf in and they always let me know when I need other things outside of regular service. They are never pushy with their sales and they always give me fair quote ahead of time in case I want to shop around. That’s pretty standup to me. And I love my Kia. Very happy Kia owner, E. First time user of shuttle ride, wasn't happy.I dropped off my vehicle at its scheduled time of Brenden Nook and service to my vehicle were excellent. First time user of shuttle ride, wasn't happy.I dropped off my vehicle at its scheduled time of 7:30 am, shuttle arrived after 8:00 am making me late to work by halt hour. Driver said she would be late picking up people. I had to ask co-worker for a ride to pick up car. Huge inconvenience!!! Also, girl at the service desk was not friendly. Didn't smile once when I approached her to drop off car and when I picked it up. More

Service couldn’t find purchase of battery which had a 2 year warranty and I didn’t have service ticket copy so was charged 60 percent of cost. Hope this one lasts longer. Service was efficient. More
