Worst service and sell -up I came in to do get some maintanece done. It was allready hard enough to get an appt and on top of that once i get have some one not be completely rud I came in to do get some maintanece done. It was allready hard enough to get an appt and on top of that once i get have some one not be completely rude and incosidirate. Then the person i got wanted to up sell me everything and treated me like garbage. It seemed like he did wanted to work there and he was forced to help me. He also seemed like he was doing me a favor and I did not deserve his so important attention he also never smiled or thank me for his business like he was entitled to it. I will never recommend anyone to this dealer and sadly enough I have been there more than once and the treatment is the same or even getting worst More

This is my third Sentra that I purchased from Tynan’s. I am brand loyal to Nissan and dealership loyal to Tynan’s. Tynan’s Nissan has always treated me like I was their friend and this treatment is why I am dealership loyal to them. Good overall experience Arrived to Tynan's Nissan - Aurora without an appointment (close to 10 am). Was offered a great service package (3 oil changes, 3 tire rotations) f Arrived to Tynan's Nissan - Aurora without an appointment (close to 10 am). Was offered a great service package (3 oil changes, 3 tire rotations) for a very good price. Car was serviced in the specified time frame and ready for me. Only downside of my visit was that the car wash machine broke that day, therefore the car was not washed/cleaned by the time we picked it up. Other than that, a great experience. More
