Friendly goes a long way My guys name was Adnan. I've never had such a pleasant experience with an auto service person. I don't know where to begin explaining how fair and hon My guys name was Adnan. It's quite rare in that business and, because he was so forthcoming, polite and professional, Tynans Nissan now has a new customer. It's the initial impression that gets repeat business. Honestly, after my last experience at Tynans, I promised I would never go back. It was a real rip off and the issue with my car was never fixed, despite being charged. However, circumstances were not ideal and I had to take it back to Tynans because it is right down the street from my house. After dealing with Adnan, I have decided to continue going there, as long as he helps me out. If he goes somewhere esle, I'll go there. Now I am going back there to buy a new Nissan and my girlfriend just dropped off her car to get fixed. That's what good customer service does. More
