Great experience, friendly, very helpful Talked with Katelynn on the phone who said she would have a salesperson waiting for us to get our trade appraised and help us look for a new SUV. Ian Talked with Katelynn on the phone who said she would have a salesperson waiting for us to get our trade appraised and help us look for a new SUV. Ian met me as I pulled in and immediately started getting SUV's I was interested in. We narrowed down our choices, my wife gave him the price and monthly payments we wanted and we went to lunch. When we got back from lunch Ian set us up with Evan, his twin brother who is also a salesman at Tynan's (kinda cool). My wife and Evan ran through numbers on a couple of Pathfinders and a GMC Acadia and came to a deal on a 2015 Pathfinder they had. Evan and Jordan worked very hard to get us where we needed to be with the numbers. We then saw Tom in finance who was the nicest finance guy we have ever dealt with, and we have bought a lot of cars. Got the deal wrapped up and drove away. I've leased a VW from Tynan's before and had a great experience then and I will go back for my next car. Great experience, super nice and patient people, didn't mind my 5 year old and 15 month old running around. Thank you for taking care of us, my wife is very happy with the Pathfinder. Jason More
