Great service until you sign the papers Our salesman was great. He answered all our questions and took us out on a test drive. He was nice and patient. After we verbally agreed on a deal, I believe he had this other lady there process some paperwork for us. That’s where some information got lost. She didn’t include that we wanted to add a down payment. She also didn’t include that we were owed all weather mats. Then they had issues with the second key and the car was only charged up to 50% but they told us to come back the next morning and it would all be taken cared of. My husband brought the car back the following morning and was given a loaner car because the key issue was taking longer than expected. my husband came back 4 hours later and they said they need to order another key. However the car was suppose to get fully charged, but it didn’t so my husband had to stay another hour to get some charge in before leaving. It would have been nice had they told him sooner that the key was not going to get done that day. What was suppose to take a couple hours, ended up taking over 5 hours. We’re still waiting for the key next week. More

I went into Tynan’s to see what my options were- my mom gets her car serviced here so I already had a good impression of them. Ian was very helpful & helped me find the car I wanted. I was able to get out of the loan on my old car, and get a good lease deal on a 2018 Rogue. Definitely going to continue going to Tynan’s! More

We had just left a competing dealer from down the street with a bad taste in our mouth and the next stop was Tynans. Daniel met us at the door and was quick to show us what we came for. The choice of in-stock vehicles was good. They had what we wanted, and the colors choices were good as well. It's 'good' they had what we were looking for, but it was GREAT the dealership had Daniel there to show it to us. He was knowledgeable about the features and differences between trims. When we were still on the fence about "pulling the trigger" he was patient and understanding and allowed us to take the car to grab lunch.
