I was extremely disappointed in the quality of service. I came in for a oil change. My car was checked over for problems a couple were found. My previous oil change visit I was told the master cylinder was leaking. I never had it fixed. Yet on this visit no mention of it at all. Seems strange to me. I mentioned it to the service reps and was told oh we can put it back on the rack.. I had been there for almost 2 hours. not happening.. do not know if it was just a bad day or this is the new business model. recognized none of the employees this time around More

One of my friends recently purchased a VW from Tynan's in Aurora, she told me they also sold Nissans. I made an appointment with the salesman she raved about, Hayes Burton. He was waiting for me to arrive and we took a road trip in a vehicle which met all of my requirements. The negotiations were painless and in less time than I thought possible, we finalized the deal with my monthly payments in a satisfactory amount. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous, especially Hayes Burton who was extremely knowledgeable about the Frontier's features and benefits.
