Great people! Brian worked to get us exactly what we needed at the right price and actually saved use money! My husband and I went to a few sister dealerships befor Brian worked to get us exactly what we needed at the right price and actually saved use money! BAD SERVICE i came to drop my car to do a oil change.... the guys couldn't find my car information first of all.... then he told me i was going to wait like an ho i came to drop my car to do a oil change.... the guys couldn't find my car information first of all.... then he told me i was going to wait like an hour and it took over 2 hours to have my car done...... they don't even ask me what kind of oil my car was using..... they put what ever oil they want in my car at yhe end he just send me to pay for the service tjey dont tell me anything about my car if it need any other service done or nothing at all. my car had a light on at the display but i coudln't figure it out what it was for ..... was especting more from nissan..... never go back to this location..... Installed a new driver side seat bracket that was cracked The driver seat kept "shifting" while driving. Starting from a stop the seat would shift backward. They discovered that the "seat track has lose fit b The driver seat kept "shifting" while driving. Starting from a stop the seat would shift backward. They discovered that the "seat track has lose fit between the holding rivets and the seat frame. Replaced seat frame assembly and working to specs now". It works fine now. More
Pissed off about my seat adjustment all messed up. Everything was fine until I tried to get in my car. Some Jack A moved my seat up to the steering wheel as far as it would go. I had to ask someone to move the seat back. Then had to spend another 5 minutes readjusting the seat. I'm still pissed off at the inconsiderate jerk that thinks that it's funny to mess up someones seating positioning and didn't even try to correct it. I was told that you have short drivers. I'm 5 ft. 3 inches. Who in the hell has to pull up the seat to the steering wheel. Educate your drivers not to rearrange someones personal setting. Or at least put them back to where they were. This was for an oil change and maintenance. It's not like you were driving it around the city. I will never come back if this happens again. More
