Great Experience I was in a bad spot with my loan on my car I had. It just hadnt held it’s value, needed major repairs and I still owed on it. I went into Tynan’s to see what my options were- my mom gets her car serviced here so I already had a good impression of them. Ian was very helpful & helped me find the car I wanted. I was able to get out of the loan on my old car, and get a good lease deal on a 2018 Rogue. Definitely going to continue going to Tynan’s! More

Great service until you sign the papers Our salesman was great. He answered all our questions and took us out on a test drive. He was nice and patient. After we verbally agreed on a deal, I believe he had this other lady there process some paperwork for us. That’s where some information got lost. She didn’t include that we wanted to add a down payment. She also didn’t include that we were owed all weather mats. Then they had issues with the second key and the car was only charged up to 50% but they told us to come back the next morning and it would all be taken cared of. My husband brought the car back the following morning and was given a loaner car because the key issue was taking longer than expected. my husband came back 4 hours later and they said they need to order another key. However the car was suppose to get fully charged, but it didn’t so my husband had to stay another hour to get some charge in before leaving. It would have been nice had they told him sooner that the key was not going to get done that day. What was suppose to take a couple hours, ended up taking over 5 hours. We’re still waiting for the key next week. More
