oil change was average; salespeople were very hungry I was considering trading in my 2017 Rogue for the 2019 model, so while I was waiting for my oil change to be completed, I wandered in to the showroom I was considering trading in my 2017 Rogue for the 2019 model, so while I was waiting for my oil change to be completed, I wandered in to the showroom. Even though there were at least 6 sales people milling about, no one acknowledged me for the hour I was there. Not sure I could blame them though; they were all very busy eating from a nice looking buffet (I thought it was a little weird to have a staff party in the showroom and not in the breakroom). I was ready to approach a salesperson when I overheard one staff member complaining to another about a customer that had helped themselves to a sandwich without even asking. Mind you, the table of food is in the frontmost part of the showroom. It looks like it is for customers, and there are balloons and signs saying "Owner Appreciation Event." It seemed like an honest mistake. p.s. To add insult to injury, I received an email the next day offering 50% off oil changes this month, celebrating their "Owner Appreciation Event." Seems like something the service center could have mentioned... More

Great experience When to Tynan the first time in June and met the GM Jordan. Very nice and helpful but at that time couldn’t agree on a price. Came back just last week and again dealt with Jordan and Evan and both of them came up with a price I thought was fair . I leased a 2019 Rogue SL AWD . Picked up car last week and before leaving sat down with Cara who was even nicer that the other two, not only did she explain the dealership to me, she provided me with tips on restaurants and other sites to see in the Denver area seeing that I’m new to Colorado - would recommend you go to Tynan if you need a vehicle. Keep up the great work!!!! More
