Everytime I come to tynans Nissan Aurora, I feel confident they are doing a good job, also I get a report and recommendations for critical or near to come services. Prices are fairly good. My Mom and I had the best experience at Tynan Nissan. She came in first to the dealership to purchase a new vehicle. Evan was so awesome during her experience that my mom brought me back to see Evan and Ian came in first to the dealership to purchase a new vehicle. Evan was so awesome during her experience that my mom brought me back to see Evan and Ian as well. They were so polite and welcoming upon my arrival. They made me comfortable through out the whole process. All questions and concerns were answered and explained. I was able to leave with my 2020 Nissan Rogue and now my mom and I both have twin cars. Pleased pleased with the service that was provided. My only issue is that I requested a thorough inspection of the used vehicle that I purchased that still is pleased with the service that was provided. After I picked up the vehicle I found that the fuel door does not secure. Now I need to schedule another return visit after the vehicle was in the shop for 5 days. More
