The service maintenance is not good. I took my car their 2 day ago they tell me that everything was ok but they even didn’t check my radiator coolant. When I pick up yesterday at 9am. While at the end of the day I'm happy with the car I purchased, the process itself left something to be desired. I worked with 3 different salespeople, who sometimes had differing answers to my question purchased, the process itself left something to be desired. I worked with 3 different salespeople, who sometimes had differing answers to my questions. The "reconditioning" process for the used car took much longer than anticipated and I was not kept updated about the progress, which was quite frustrating. When the car was finally ready for me to pick up, I was pressed to drop everything and come in as soon as possible, regardless of my own personal schedule and the fact that I had been waiting 2 weeks. Overall, a lack of communication and having to talk to several different people through the process made it less than ideal. More
The little boy who took care of me had an attitude and rolled his eyes continuously, which I didn’t appreciate…I don’t think anyone would.
