Firstly, I was sent an email stating that I would receive a free oil change if I brought my car her for the recall fix. Secondly, upon arrival the service technician pointed out that I needn't a new tire on a free oil change if I brought my car her for the recall fix. Secondly, upon arrival the service technician pointed out that I needn't a new tire on front driver side, after ge drove it he said I also needed brakes. However, on my multipoint inspection it states both my brakes and tire is in good condition. SMH to the incompentcy. More

Adnan is a very nice service advisor, and he knew I was scared to drive since my tire light was going on. I have to drive to the western slope. The whole process from making the appointment through the sale was smooth. Samir was very personable and knowledgeable. It was particularly helpful to work with 2 men who drove a Leaf personally. I personally dislike being sold to and the system of presenting a product for one price (the extended warranty) and then magically the price "just today" is reduced to make the buyer feel better about it is insulting to me. Give people a bit more respect and allow for negotiation, not just blatant bait and switch pricing. I felt Samir was a bit more upfront, but still felt taken. That being said, I would work with him again in a heartbeat and I will refer him to anyone. More
