Service on my 2016 Ford F-350 DRW I brought my truck in after noticing a wobble in the steering and wear on my passenger side tire. Called service dept and spoke with service writer P I brought my truck in after noticing a wobble in the steering and wear on my passenger side tire. Called service dept and spoke with service writer Peydon Wright who was extremely helpful in providing me with possible causes to tire wear and quotes for service. I brought my truck in on 1/28/19 and waited in their comfortable lounge area. While I sat and watched the news and weather on TV I was greeted by a pleasant staff of not just managers and salespeople, but also mechanics who asked if there was anything I needed. Peydon was there and she kept me updated on my vehicle. I was relieved to know that the problem was only the alignment and the cost of the alignment and tire rotation came out to what I was quoted. No one likes to go to the dealership knowing that something is wrong with their vehicle, but the staff at Twin State made the experience less stressful. Thank you. Bill C. More

Service and LOST AND FOUND Above and beyond the call of duty! I have a Ford Fusion that I leased from Twin State Ford. The lease will expire in April. last week I made an app Above and beyond the call of duty! I have a Ford Fusion that I leased from Twin State Ford. The lease will expire in April. last week I made an appointment in person for maintenance and to remove the drivers seat. I told Paydon the extremely professional and friendly Advisor that I lost a piece of jewelry that had been my mothers and I had taken care of it for 25yrs. Myself and 2 others had already gone over the car and under the drivers seat as best we could but to no avail. I wasn't sure it was lost in the car but it was my last hope. I had it when I went to MA for a funeral and it was gone when I got there. I told Peydon I could not return this vehicle without having the seat taken out and the floor examined. Today was my appointment and I told Peydon and Ryan (the technician) what to look for. Three hours later I returned for my car and said you probably didn't..Peydon put her hand in a draw and pulled out a little bag WITH THE JEWELRY IN IT!!!! Peydon and Ryan had found it. Both of them looked for it and it wasn't easy to find but they did. The service on the car was great but what they both did for me will never be forgotten. This piece was priceless and had been missing for months and I figured it was just gone. I can never thank them enough. I don't think they realize what they really did for me. Thank you Peydon and Ryan you both went above and beyond for someone you didn't even know. You both showed care and understanding in regards to my loss and shared my joy when you gave it to me.
