I was looking for a good used car. I went to Twin City Toyota because my husband is from the area and we had heard good things about them. We drove through the lot and saw a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. I worked with Samantha. She was great and very personable. She made the process fast and easy. The finance department worked to get me the best interest rate and a payment that was in my range. I would very highly recommend purchasing from Twin City Toyota and working with Sam! The car had a few spots of missing paint and they are fixing it at no extra charge. Plus they gave me a rental at no charge so that I wouldn’t be without a vehicle while mine is being painted. I wish I would have bought from them years ago! More

First off, our buying experience was fantastic. The sales staff was great, however, after getting the car home I noticed a transmission fluid leak coming from the case cover as well as the fluid p The sales staff was great, however, after getting the car home I noticed a transmission fluid leak coming from the case cover as well as the fluid pan. I checked the paperwork and sure enough the dealerships maintenance department had resealed the pan prior to my purchase. No big deal - they did a poor job with the permatex gasket or tighted the pan incorrectly; people make mistakes. I contacted the service department, explained the issue in which THEY WROTE VERBATIM on the service request. I dropped the car off and after a week I got it back. The service department did not address the issue and instead said they repaired a “leaking transmission fluid line”. The car is still leaking transmission fluid out of the case cover and the pan because they didn’t want to take the time to properly fix it. The car is still under warranty but I don’t trust them anymore so I will fix myself. As you can imagine, I will not purchase from this dealer again and I will encourage others to stay clear as well. This was the first vehicle I have ever financed and what went from a great experience with the sales team has turned into a major inconvenience because of the incompetent service department. I expect better service after spending 17k plus on a car. More
