I just had an awesome experience buying a car at Twin City Toyota. With Matt 🎉. Buying a car can be stressful and confusing. Matt made it much easier and actually fun, and now I have the car perfect for me. I went in thinking I was already sold on a certain car, but left with a much better suited car for me and the price was the same as the car I thought I wanted. Thank you Matt for all of your help, knowledge, and your sense of humor. Sorry we made you work late! I have spoken with several car salespeople over the last year. They all made me want to get up and walk out. And I usually did. I have been treated like I'm stupid, like I'm some hobo with no money or credit, or just plain ignored. Also, high pressure sales... Ugh. Gross. But from the first handshake to the last, Matt was respectful, kind, and so helpful. No pressure, just answering all of my questions and he definitely treated me like a customer. Unlike so many salespeople before him. So, if you are looking for a Toyota (hybrids are so helpful and important right now in our current global situation and Toyota offers many hybrids. May I suggest the rav4 hybrid? 😁) definitely start at Twin City Toyota and talk to Matt. He will take care of you and not add any stress to what should be an exciting experience.
