Have dealt with this dealership for four years. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. Recently was in an accident where my previous vehicle was totalled. Because of supply and demand had to wait to receive my new car. In contacting other car dealerships they wanted a non refundable down payment Twin City did not. My car had already shipped from Japan and was at the rail yard. Kept me informed along the way so I knew when to expect my vehicle. My salesman, Mike went above board to keep me appraised and get me the best deal possible considering the shortage of vehicles. Scheduling maintenance has always been easy. Staff is excellent. Hopefully, as I’m an older adult, this will be my last car. If not I will be buying my next car from Mike. Can’t say enough about how their staff takes care of you. More
