Just bought a new 2012 Toyota Rav4 (my third). Wanted to take advantage of the year end clearance. Price and availability were paramount. Shopped around the St. Louis area which was disappointing. Dealers did not have the inventory and hee-hawed around the price. I decided to drive a little further. So happy I did. Twin City Toyota was wonderful. My salesman, Dave Steinbach, could not have been nicer or more helpful. They also had an impressive inventory so I was able to get just the car I wanted at a great price. Dave spent a lot of time with me helping me to select a car that would best meet my needs and, at the time of sale, explaining the operation of the car and its unique features. He even hooked up my blue tooth. Larry Sanders, the Business Manager, was helpful as well. He walked me through the lincensing and car sale which is complicated because I am selling to an out of town buyer. He also explained the extended warranty in detail which I elected to take. I was very impressed with their facility which is spanking new and quite large. I will not hesitate to call Dave or Larry if I have a problem of any type. More
My experience with Twin City was very easy and pleasant (as plesant as buying a car can be). Being from out-of-state, I was taking a big risk flying down to look at the car. Working with Mary Poppell, she was very accommodating and took additional detailed pictures to help me understand the real condition of the car, including some of the scratches on the exterior. I was very comfortable with the car over the phone and made a deposit to hold it. Twin City did everything they said they would, detailed the car inside and out, beat my banks financing, and even picked me up from the airport. What more can you ask for. Overall, they helped make a difficult out-of-state transaction stress-free. Steve Tindall was extremely helpful in explaining all of the features, and even helped set up my blue-tooth for the ride back to Wisconsin. After shopping for months, I'm loving my new Venza and highly recommend the service and salesmanship that Twin City provides. More

My husband and I did allot of research online before beginning our buying process for our desired Toyota Avalon. We compared prices, looked at photos, and spoke with a few internet sales managers befor beginning our buying process for our desired Toyota Avalon. Our first stop at Newbold Toyota was less than desirable to say the least. The vehicle was nice but upon asking for a price the salesperson informed us that at the one on the window, they were actually losing money. He explained they made a bad choice at the auto auction. That was the most ridiculous thing I ever heard, so off to Twin City Toyota we went. Upon our arrival we quickly located the Avalon and were able to thoroughly check the car out inside and out before even speaking to a salesperson. Inside the dealership we were promptly greeted and put into the care of one of the salespeople, Dave Steinbach. Dave immediately pulled the car up for a test drive and offered to accompany us. During our drive Dave highlighted mechanical, interior, and exterior features of the Avalon with ease. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about all things Toyota and shared his personal buying experiences. We fell in love with their vehicle and were invited inside to discuss a purchase price. After a very quick and pleasant negotiation, we agreed upon a price. They offered us extended coverage with a Platinum Plan warranty that perfectly complements the existing certified warranty of 7yr-100,000 miles. Coupled with a 2.9% certified rate, we are now the proud owners of a beautiful Blizzard Pearl Toyota Avalon. Thank you to all at Twin City Toyota especially Dave and Todd for making our purchase so pleasant and easy. We will share our satisfaction with others, and will definitely be back when were ready to do it again!! More

I found a few used car options on the website. By the time I made it to the dealership, the car I was looking at had just been sold. The saleswoman helped me to find other options. Possibly by a stroke of luck, we found a great car that had just passed through the inspection all used cars go through before becoming part of the inventory. We took the car for a test drive and everything worked just fine. I went back to the dealership the next day to finalize the paperwork. The finance department did what they could to help me find an affordable loan. I am highly pleased with my used car purchase from Twin City Toyota. More
Called ahead of time to ask about the car as I live a good distance away. Was told car was "like new" explained that smoke smell was a deal breaker and told, clearly, "no smoke smell!" Test drove the vehical and it was clearly dirty with spot on in the cloth throughout. Obvious smoke smell which the salesman explained as "once it gets warm inside you can smell it but they have something to take that out". Car was priced at $15K - for a used car with significant miles. Checked and $15K is about the price for a new car of this model. Asked to get the best price they would want to sell this dirty, smelly car at and they came back and said they are leaving it at the sticker price......explaining "some (sucker) will probably buy it at that" They called back later to say they did get some of the spot of the cloth later..... Stay away from the Mazda3! More
