We weren't as happy to see Ryan as he seemed to be with us, but he maintained a confident vibe with ease of communicating through my husband's nonsense (as you see he even immediately gained a new name) Ryan's professionalism and personality led us to purchase our Highlander from Twin City and three years later come back and purchase another car from him.
