Everyone there was very friendly & helpful. My salesmen, Dave Steinbach, was amazing. I felt like I was dealing with a friend instead of a true salesman trying to throw everything @ me to get me to buy the truck. I have nothing but great things to say about him / dealer. My wife and I had been in the market for a new Rav4 for a couple of weeks. We had already been to a dealership in south county and another in west county when we were contacted by Shelley. As the negotiati couple of weeks. We had already been to a dealership in south county and another in west county when we were contacted by Shelley. As the negotiating process between my wife and I and the salesmen played itself out the contrast between those three became obvious. The west county salesman promise to beat the price of any other dealership. The south county salesman wouldn't even give me a price. His approach was to try and force me to give him a price that I was willing to pay for the car, knowing full well that I didn't know the cost of the Rav4 to the dealership. And refused to give it to me when I asked. In other words, he wanted me to negotiate against my self. All the while telling me he doesn't play games when dealing with customers. To Shelley's credit she handled her business in a completely different manner. She didn't make open ended promises about being able to beat everybody else's price without knowing what they were. Neither did she try to manipulate us by using the same methods that most salesmen use. From the start she was straight forward and honest, friendly and easy to deal with. I told her what we were looking for and she gave us a price. She asked only that we call her back if we find a better price somewhere else. She offered no empty promises, just asked that we call her back. And a day or two later we did call her back to tell her she had a deal because the west county salesman that promised not to be under sold couldn't touch her price. And after dealing with a salesman that really doesn't play games, doing business with Shelley was an easy choice. If every car salesman handled their business the way that Shelley handles hers they wouldn't have the terrible reputation that they have earned. She's by far the best car salesman that we have ever dealt with and we will be buying from her again. More

He asked what I was interested in and what my needs were. He showed me both New and used vehicles to fit my budget. After test driving a 2013 Corolla I was SOLD. Dave took the time to explain everything on the car..We went inside and he offered me coffe, tea and a cookie. After selling me the car he and Larry Sanders explained the importance of extra tire protection and Dave talked to me on the extra protection plan for the paint... They were never rude nor Pushy. I am a widower and they never treated me inferior as some have done in the past. being a woman many seem to think I can not make a good choice without another man around. Dave assured me IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS when I got home I could call him or the dealership and have peace of mind.. I truly commend both Dave and Larry Sanders for their kindness, patience and compassion regarding my needs. I purchased a New Toyota in 1991 and dealt with Larry then also. Since 1991 I have purchased a New Ford, Chevy and Dodge truck. Although I no longer have any of those I came back to Toyota to get the car I felt I could rely on. Maybe down the road I will be able to buy a New Tundra but until that time I am VERY PROUD of my new Toyota...I must also add when I purchased my car in 91 alot of people made fun of me and swore it would never last. My Tercel had 189,000 miles on it. I drove that car almost anywhere you took a truck. My Dad laughed as I drove it in the hayfield. We told my grandson for his 16th birthday he could have the car BUT a flash flood came thru and water was up to the dash therefore we had to get rid of it.. I pray this car is as good or better than the Tercel...I WILL recommend Twin City Toyota, Dave Steinbach and Larry Sanders to anyone interested in purchasing a car. I am looking forward to my first oil change as I am confident I will be VERY Happy with their service. Respectfully Ruby McCord More

After a lengthy search for just the right car, we decided to buy from Ryan and Twin City Toyota because they exemplify everything that customer service should be. Ryan displayed incredible integrity, compassion, patience and understanding as he assisted us in our purchase. We had visited numerous other dealerships around town and were either treated with a "take it or leave it" attitude or a "you're stupid if you don't buy what I want to sell you" attitude. It was exceedingly refreshing to walk into Twin City and have Ryan treat us with something that was missing from the personnel at all of the other dealerships - RESPECT. From the initial greeting to completion of the sale, Ryan made sure to listen to what we were looking for in a car, to ask questions about what we liked or didn't like about each vehicle, and to let us know he really wanted us to be happy with our purchase. We made more than one visit before we made the purchase and called back to ask questions that occurred to us after we left, which Ryan always cheerfully answered. As Ryan introduced us to other employees at this dealership during the process, it was clear to us that the entire staff was committed to making sure we really liked our vehicle and that the buying process was as pleasant as possible. We also conversed with other customers who were waiting for their vehicles to be serviced and heard only compliments about the staff and service. We were never pressured to make a purchase, but in the end it was an easy decision to make - we had the vehicle we wanted, we were dealing with a dealership whose total focus was satisfied customers, and we were dealing with a salesman who took customer service to a new level by caring for us with his heart as well as his head. Ryan did a great job working with us to find our car. There was a small tear in the back of the driver seat which he later arranged to pick up and bring back to the dealership for repair.
